TEHO International’s wholly-owned subsidiary TEHO Water & Envirotec has received a full payment of $760,000 (or $820,800 including GST) for the sale of its property located at 1 Bukit Batok Crescent, #03-20.
Wong Siew Fong near Grand Dunman, Grand Dunman Price, Grand Dunman showflat was originally given the option to buy on February 14th. As the property’s worth has been appreciated, the proposed sale is seen to be in the best interests of the group.
After deducting the cost of paying off the mortgage and the commission, it was anticipated that the planned sale would result in a positive cash inflow of $345,093.
